Katherine, owner of Pargaon, graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2005 (currently named Rutgers University). Katherine has advanced clinical knowledge and skills in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, with experience in a wide array of disciplines, including rehabilitation of joint replacements, acute stroke victims, and post-surgical patients. She utilizes manual techniques to treat the shoulder, hip, knee, ankle and spine. She is also a certified as an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist through the Back School of Atlanta. She performs ergonomic work site evaluations for companies in order to make for a safe and comfortable work environment. Katherine is also certified in LSVT Big for Parkinson’s treatment.
